Noodle Neons abides by the Australian Consumer Protection Legislations.
All our LED Neon signs are bespoke and created to each of our customer specifications. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges. We have a strict no returns policy with all of our products for both custom and pre designed signs, this is why we give our customers plenty of time to approve their design before they fully commit. All sales are final once placed.

Noodle Neons hereby disclaims any liability or responsibility for any design issues, hereinafter referred to as "design error(s)," identified by the customer subsequent to the commencement of production.

Oh no, this is very unusual but if it does turn out that something is wrong please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your sign email us at (email address). Our customer service team will then evaluate each issue on a case-by-case basis and mediate the situation as quickly as possible to ensure that you are left satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our LED neon products (from the purchase date of your order). Any issues please don't hesitate to contact us!

If you order an indoor neon sign please note that these signs are NOT for outdoor use, nor can they be exposed to any areas that may expose them to water damage. Any water damage to your sign will automatically void your warranty so please take care of your sign. 

We also want to mention that it is your choice as the consumer if you want a qualified electrician to hard wire your sign into place. However hardwiring a sign means that the sign may be tampered with and any damage to the sign is out of our control if it stops working. If you choose to hardwire your sign your sign will also be void of warranty so please note this before installation.
